Safety After the Storm
After the hurricane, clean-up begins. But that’s when danger abounds from mangled awnings, shattered glass, downed electric lines, and a multitude of other hazards. Despite their haste to handle these hazards, workers must protect their eyes, heads, hands, feet, hearing – and livelihood. The fast-reading handouts below use photos and simple captions to keep workers safe during hurricane clean-up. Print the handouts and give them to your employees. If you are a contractor, also give them to your subs.
